Because most of our products are handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read our policy below carefully before making a purchase.


🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. This includes:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Hand-painted, one-of-a-kind designs

  • Items made to your specifications


Exceptions for Return or Replacement

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

To be eligible for a return under exception:

  • Contact must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Clear photos of the issue must be provided

🔁 Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipping. Once your item is in production or has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

📦 Returning Approved Items

If a return is approved under exception, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please send returns to:

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns and cannot issue a refund until the item is received in its original condition.
