📦 Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, new product launches), processing may take slightly longer. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you via email.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States, including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping Carrier: USPS
Flat Rate Shipping Cost: $7.95+ (calculated at checkout)
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days (after processing)

Note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, postal issues, or increased volume.


📬 Order Tracking & Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. It will include a tracking number that becomes active within 24 hours.


📦 Shipments to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS. Please ensure all shipping details are correct to avoid delivery issues.


🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes

Dark Identity Designs is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


💥 Damaged or Lost Shipments

Dark Identity Designs is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  2. Save all packaging and the damaged item for documentation.
