Welcome to Dark Identity Designs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and products provided via darkidentitydesigns.com ("Site"). By accessing or purchasing from our Shopify store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Services

  • Our products are handmade, custom-designed, and made to order, which may result in slight variations in appearance, texture, or color.

  • We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will perfectly reflect the actual product.

  • All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective (see Section 4).

3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing times are noted on each product listing. Custom and made-to-order items may take up to 3 weeks.

  • We ship from San Diego, California, and offer worldwide shipping via our Etsy store.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will address the issue.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping for any items that do not meet return criteria but are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site (text, images, designs, products) is the intellectual property of Dark Identity Designs. You may not use, reproduce, or modify our content without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

  • Our decorative products, including automotive accessories, are intended for non-functional, aesthetic use and are not substitutes for OEM or safety-critical components.

7. User Comments & Reviews

  • We reserve the right to remove or respond to reviews that contain offensive language, personal attacks, or false claims.

  • Falsely slandering our business or submitting fraudulent reviews may result in legal action, particularly if they violate our terms or local consumer protection laws.
